Job summary

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years in a continuous flow manufacturing environment with automated equipment.
Ability to operate a forklift, manlift, and basic power tools.
Must have strong math abilities for calculations.
PLC troubleshooting experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Accessible for remote access to control logic systems.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical and PLC tasks including calibration, monitoring, repairing, and maintaining equipment.
Install and maintain PLCs, troubleshooting with Allen Bradley controllers.
Study time/motion data to improve efficiency.
Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and electrical code specs.
Program and setup variable frequency drives and control logic.
Coordinate with management and production teams to optimize equipment usage.
Assist with changeovers and maintenance planning.
Train other personnel on safe operation of equipment.
