Job summary

Rebo Lighting & Electronics, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd or 3rd shift to support manufacturing operations. You will maintain plant services, assist in fabricating jigs and fixtures, and ensure reliable equipment performance.

The role requires strong electrical wiring skills, PLC programming, and experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems. We offer a 40/hour shift differential for evening shifts, and tuition reimbursement in support of your growth.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Formal education or training in a related technical field with one year of experience in the listed areas or five years in a production environment.
Experience with sheet metal fabrication and machine controls/PLC programming.
Proficient in electrical wiring and troubleshooting of electrical/electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

Maintain plant services to support manufacturing operations.
Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment (air compressors, HVAC, chillers, dryers, etc.).
Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical/electronic equipment in the plant.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs and machine controls.
Repair plumbing fixtures and HVAC systems.
Connect, disconnect, move, and install equipment; provide building services.
Assist in general maintenance of the building and grounds.
