Qualifications
- Ground-Up PLC/HMI software design using Studio 5000/RSLogix from scratch.
- Associate/Bachelor degree in Automation, EE, CS or related field.
- Willingness to travel 25%–50% for client rollouts.
- Local commute within 45-minute radius of Greater Milwaukee area.
- US Citizen or Green Card holder as required.
Responsibilities
- Architect ground-up PLC/HMI software for complex automated machinery.
- Integrate interfaces using Visual Studio, C#, and relational DBs.
- Review AutoCAD schematics for BOM alignment and safety.
- Configure EtherNet/IP networks and motion systems.
- Lead on-site client commissioning and final system sign-offs.
