Job summary

Resource Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled trainer/engineer for remote work with extensive field travel (80%). The role focuses on training and supporting automated material handling systems and industrial controls, including Rockwell Studio 5000 and Siemens TIA Portal.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience delivering customized training, is fluent in reading drawings, and can commission large-scale warehouses. Strong communication is essential.

Location: Remote, USA (80% Travel required)

High proficiency with PLCs and exposure to PLC programming and industrial controls (AB and Siemens preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering related training for customized products and systems, preferably in the material handling industry with an emphasis on controls.

Familiarity with mechanical disciplines and experience with machine diagnostics, repair, and automation.

Ability to read and interpret industrial mechanical and controls drawing sets and design requirements.

Exceptional communication and training skills with a strong attention to detail.

Strong desire to help others learn

Experience commissioning large-scale automated warehouse or material handling systems.

Strong experience in Rockwell Studio 5000 / Allen-Bradley ControlLogix - MUST, Siemens TIA Portal (S7-1500, S7-1200)
