Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead automation and control system projects from start to finish in our North Dakota region. You will coordinate with estimators, technicians, and programmers to ensure successful execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in automation or electrical systems, strong PLC and SCADA knowledge, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in automation, controls, or electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Background in oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors preferred.
Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of automation projects, from planning through commissioning.
Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and programmers.
Interface directly with clients and subcontractors to ensure successful execution.
Monitor budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
Review and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Ensure project safety and regulatory compliance.
Provide leadership and support to field teams.
