Job summary

AB Spectrum is seeking a Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) to lead clinical services for young children through a play-based, child-led ABA approach. You will work with a multidisciplinary team across multiple Missouri locations, including St. Peters and surrounding areas.

Your role emphasizes mentorship, licensure support, and maintaining a balanced caseload to ensure high-quality interventions and family-centered care. Hybrid schedule with one remote day per week is available.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri PLBA licensure or eligibility to obtain it immediately.
• Experience in pediatric ABA therapy, especially with early intervention for ages 1-6.
• Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs.
• Lead therapy teams using a play-based, child-led approach.
• Maintain caseload under a cap of 6 clients for quality care.
• Support families and coordinate with on-site supervisors for licensure and professional development.
