YMCA of Greater Long Beach is seeking a Playground Partners supervisor to implement the PGP program at local elementary schools. You’ll oversee lunchtime recess activities, promote teamwork and sportsmanship, and create a safe, inclusive environment for Kinder through 5th grade.
Under the Program Director, you will coordinate activities, communicate with school staff, transport equipment, ensure safety standards, and participate in required trainings.
Pay: $19.25 - $20.00
Hours: M-F * 10:45am - 1:15pm
Under the supervision of the Program Director, responsible for the implementation and supervision of the Playground Partners (PGP) program at local elementary schools. PGP is a lunchtime recess supervision recreation program designed to create a safe and positive recess experience where students can learn new sports and games, teamwork and sportsmanship. Promotes character development, safety and engagement.
