YMCA of Greater Long Beach is seeking a part-time playground supervisor for a lunchtime recess program at local elementary schools. You will implement supervised play, promote safety, teamwork, and sportsmanship during the M-F 11am–2pm shift, with a focus on creating a positive recess experience.
The role requires communication with school staff, a sports background, and the ability to engage 50+ students in age-appropriate activities.

Hours: M-F 11am - 2pm
Under the supervision of the Program Director, responsible for the implementation and supervision of thePlayground Partners (PGP) program at local elementary schools. PGP is a lunchtime recess supervisionrecreation program designed to create a safe and positive recess experience where students can learnnew sports and games, teamwork and sportsmanship. Promotes character development, safety andengagement.
