Qualifications

• College degree in a related field, with 3+ years of experience (or 8+ years of experience in lieu of education).
• Experience managing construction projects of varying sizes.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60–80% locally.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage all technical aspects of a playground installation.
• Hold prestart, progress, and handover meetings with customers and sub-contractors, including scope changes.
• Review designs, proposals, and contracts for compliance with engineering principles and contract requirements.
• Prepare and approve job forecasts and staffing requirements.
• Foster relationships with project owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track budgets and report monthly cash flow to ensure profitability and schedule adherence.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to provide regular updates.
• Deliver high-quality end-products meeting build specs and schedule.
