Job summary

Montclair Public Schools is seeking a qualified Playground/Lunch Aide to provide coverage throughout the district. A valid New Jersey Instructional Substitute Certificate is required.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential to work effectively with students, staff, and families in a school setting across multiple sites during the 10-month academic year.

Position is 10 months (September-June) at 3 hours per day, with a $20 hourly rate.

• • Bradford, Watchung, CHB: 10:45 am to 1:45 pm
  • Hillside, Nishuane: 11:15 am to 2:15 pm
  • Northeast, Edgemont: 10:20 am - 1:20 pm
• Middle Schools:
• • Glenfield: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
  • Buzz Aldrin: 10:20 am - 1:20 pm

Terms of Employment:

• 10-month position following school calendar (September-June)
• Rate: $20/hr for 3 hrs per day.
