Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• Experience installing playground equipment and safety standards.
• Strong communication and training skills for onsite instruction.
• Ability to travel extensively to trade shows and installation sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead training of participants on installation from start to finish; receiving, unloading, layout, drilling, footings, surfacing, and final customer communication.
• Install playground units according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Ensure proper training on safety and functionality during installations.
• Troubleshoot and inspect installed systems for compliance and performance.
• Document installation activities and prepare reports for internal records and clients.
• Provide detailed instructions and training to Certified Installers on maintenance and installation.
• Produce install videos for difficult installations and post-install reports.
• Travel to multiple locations, including trade shows and training events.
