Parkforms, Inc is seeking a Lead Installer to oversee high-quality playground and amenity installations. You will supervise field crews, guide site layouts, and ensure safety and craftsmanship across projects in local communities.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of related construction, installation, or field leadership experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience operating heavy equipment and power tools safely.
Willingness to travel up to 30% for out-of-area projects.

Responsibilities

Lead field installation crews during playground construction and restoration.
Direct site preparation including layout, excavation, and foundations.
Interpret blueprints and ensure structural integrity.
Coordinate schedules and material deliveries with managers, clients, and suppliers.
Enforce site safety protocols and PPE compliance.
Conduct quality inspections across installation phases.
Resolve field challenges to keep projects on schedule.
