Job summary

Benjamin Franklin Charter School-Queen Creek is seeking a Playground Assistant for the Gilbert Elementary Campus for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time, 10-month position supports student supervision and a safe, positive environment.

Responsibilities include adhering to policies, supervising during drop-off/pick-up/recess/lunch, remaining professional with staff and parents, and being punctual. A HS diploma and Arizona IVP clearance are required, with a background check upon hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• Criminal background check will be conducted upon hire.

Benjamin Franklin Charter School is looking for a Playground Assistant to join our Elementary Team for the 2026-2027 school year

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Benjamin Franklin policies and procedures.


• Supervision of students during drop off, pick up, recess, lunch time, and in the classroom.


• Provide a safe, positive environment for students.

• Be on time and prepared for shift.
