Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim School in Berkley, MI is seeking an energetic Swim Instructor who loves children and swimming. You will teach lessons in a fun, safe environment and help kids gain water confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.

No prior teaching experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, flexible part-time schedules, and opportunities for extra shifts. This role is onsite at our state-of-the-art facility and offers a starting pay of $15.50+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Reliable and organized individual with a love for teaching children.
• Willing to learn our curriculum and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication with students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans for group and individual lessons.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Ensure pool safety and maintain a clean teaching environment.
• Participate in comprehensive training provided by Aqua-Tots.
