Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience working with children in paid, volunteer, educational, childcare, camp, or similar setting.
• Basic knowledge of child developmental stages.
• Demonstrated success in guest engagement/customer service.
• Strong verbal communication skills with diverse early childhood audiences.
• Ability to balance shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment while maintaining a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently initiates and deepens meaningful, play-based interactions for early learners and their caregivers.
• Facilitates early learning programs, member experiences, community events, school visits, and occasional offsite programming.
• Maintains welcoming, organized learning environments and safe spaces.
• Supports planning and development of new early learning programming and exhibits.
