Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Mobile, AL is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to empower toddlers and preschoolers with foundational communication skills in a warm, play-based daycare setting.

You will evaluate and design early intervention plans, collaborate with teachers and families, and track progress to support speech clarity, receptive/expressive language, and social communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Georgia; CCC-SLP preferred; CFYs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess early speech, language, and communication needs of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Design and deliver play-based, evidence-based therapy plans for young children.
• Collaborate with daycare teachers, early childhood specialists, and parents to integrate strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support speech, language, and social communication milestones.
• Advise families and teachers on home and classroom carryover of techniques.
