Qualifications

• Masters degree is required in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid Georgia State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligible); CCC-SLP preferred; CFYs welcome to apply.
• Experience with pediatric populations or early intervention is a strong plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an adaptable, playful approach and passion for early child development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate & Assess: conduct play-based speech, language, and early communication assessments for infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
• Targeted Intervention: design and deliver therapy plans tailored to early childhood learning styles and milestones.
• Team Collaboration: partner with daycare teachers, early childhood specialists, and parents to integrate communication strategies.
• Progress Tracking: monitor, document and celebrate milestones, adapting strategies for growth in speech and language.
• Family & Teacher Advocacy: guide parents and staff on language strategies for home and classroom carryover.
