Job summary

Behavioral Milestones in New Jersey is seeking experienced ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians to join our naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy team providing in-home services. You will deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy and embed skill-building into daily routines, classroom moments, and real-life interactions.

You will collect meaningful data, collaborate with BCBA supervision and clinical staff, and support families while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA therapy in-home with children.
• Ability to collect data accurately without disrupting rapport.
• Willingness to collaborate with BCBA supervision and clinical team.
• Commitment to developmentally appropriate, play-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy in-home.
