Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center in New Haven, CT is seeking a Clinical Associate I to support learning through play and everyday activities. You will build strong relationships with children and families while participating in naturalistic, play-based ABA frameworks such as ESDM and PRT under mentorship.

The role offers paid training to become an RBT, a collaborative team environment, and opportunities for professional growth with predictable schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred or current enrollment in a related program.
• 40-hour RBT training: preferred or available via paid training.
• Experience with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring or volunteering.

Responsibilities

• Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands-on activities.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe clinic.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow.
• Model child-centered, relationship-based practices.
• Complete the required 40-hour RBT training and continue developing clinical skills.
