Job summary

Bally's Lincoln Twin River is seeking a Players Club Shift Manager to oversee Promotions, Direct Mail, Bus Tours and Box Office operations at our Lincoln, RI location.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, maintaining accurate customer databases, resolving guest issues, and creating departmental policies and promotions. Requires supervisory experience, strong communications, and comfort with gaming systems.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory/management experience (1-3 years).
• Strong public speaking & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff including Directors & VPs.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; Bally’s ACSC; Ticketmaster; Micros POS; and Total Promo.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Patience and ability to handle pressure.
• College degree and prior gaming experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, and developing staff of Players Club reps, Supervisors and Shift Manager.
• Maintaining an accurate database of Players Club accounts.
• Researching and resolving guest issues related to their Players Club accounts including point discrepancies.
• Creating and maintaining all departmental Policies & Procedures.
• Ordering and tracking of all departmental items/stock following budgetary guidelines.
• Creating specific promotions in ACSC and Total Promo; overseeing promotion execution.
• Creating and maintaining user accounts in the Total Promo system.
• Ensuring promotions are adequately staffed and troubleshooting issues.
• Overseeing Bus Tour operations including booking, budget tracking, and group creation in ACSC.
• Overseeing all Box Office operations including staffing and ticket sales issues.
• Attending and participating in staff and departmental meetings.
• Engaging in developmental conferences and workshops.
• Ensuring timely communication of facility, department, promotional, and event information.
• Handling guest situations, phone calls, and emails.
• Working with other departments to resolve guest issues.
• Other duties as assigned by department Director.
