Job summary

Gilley’s in Park City, Kansas is seeking a friendly casino cashier to manage monetary transactions and guest interactions on the gaming floor. The role requires 21+ years of age, basic math proficiency, and the ability to obtain and retain the KRGC Gaming License.

You will cash checks, convert tickets and coins, supply currency to other departments, open Players Club accounts, greet guests, promote promotions, and maintain accurate transaction records while upholding privacy and guest relations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain KRGC Gaming License.
• Basic mathematic proficiency.
• Prior money handling, check cashing, and basic mathematic proficiency.
• Must possess basic data entry skills and can read and interpret data output.
• Professional appearance; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor funds entrusted to you on shift.
• Cash checks, convert gaming tickets and coins for guests.

• Perform transactions with guests in a confidential manner.
• Open Players Club accounts and promote current promotions.

Job Summary: Distributes monies to gaming guests via check cashing, conversion to and from coins, tickets and gaming checks into currency. Responsible for the makeup and verification of bankrolls for all money handling departments.
