Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Player Services Cashier in Oklahoma to facilitate cash and non-cash transactions, enroll guests in the Status+ Rewards program, and promote casino events. You will ensure financial accuracy, safeguard assets, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced gaming environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle high-volume transactions while maintaining compliance with gaming regulations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to learn and explain casino games, promotions, and amenities.
• Proficient in computer software relevant to the role.
• Must maintain licensing and adhere to gaming authority requirements.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Process high-volume cash and non-cash transactions including chip redemption and voucher handling.
• Enroll guests in the Status+ Rewards program and issue membership cards.
• Promote casino promotions and explain program benefits to guests.
• Conduct basic player evaluations and outbound scripted calls.
• Verify jackpot payments and complete required documentation.
• Reconcile daily transactions and maintain accountability for ATMs, kiosks, and cage transactions.
• Handle guest requests professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and casino information.
