Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Lead Player Services Cashier to guide the Player Services Cashier team and oversee day-to-day cash and non-cash transactions for guests. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, regulatory compliance, and exceptional guest service while supporting rewards enrollment and promotions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of cash-handling or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• One year of cash-handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licensure.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Cashiers to ensure efficient, compliant operations.
• Process high-volume cash and noncash transactions and reconcile cash equity.
• Enroll guests in rewards, issue memberships, and explain benefits.
• Verify funds at shifts, balance transactions, and handle jackpots.
• Research variances and maintain accountability of assets and funds.
• Assist with casino promotions and guest outreach calls.
• Address questions and concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
