Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Tulsa, is seeking a Player Services Cashier to play a vital role in providing a positive and enjoyable gaming experience for guests. This position involves handling a variety of financial transactions, promoting the casino's rewards program, and ensuring guest satisfaction.THIS POSITION REQUIRES WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS AND POTENTIAL OVERNIGHTS.

Responsibilities

Process a wide range of cash and non-cash transactions for guests, including chip issuance and redemption, currency exchanges, and check cashing.
Promote and explain rewards program benefits, on-going promotions, and other relevant information to guests.
Enroll guests into the rewards program and issue membership cards.
Conduct entry-level player evaluations and make outbound calls as needed.
Verify and distribute payments for jackpots and special payouts.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Handle guest requests, disputes, and complaints professionally.
Safeguard company assets and reconcile daily transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
