Jdm-Golf-LLC in Phoenix, AZ is hiring for a golf cart attendant. You will load bags onto carts, clean clubs and carts, and maintain inventory while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout rounds.

Work includes opening/closing the practice facility, stocking equipment, and attending weekly meetings. A positive, professional appearance is required on a busy golf course environment.

Job description

Scope and Purpose:This position ensures that a high level of service is offered to all guests and that we exceed the expectations of every guest every time. This position also ensures that the fleet of golf carts is kept clean and in good working order, and that guests clubs are kept clean, in accordance with Company standards.Essential Functions:Loading and unloading golf bags onto golf carts.Cleaning guests clubs both before and after the round.Cleaning and detailing of golf carts, building and cart barn.Staging of golf carts.Retrieve golf balls using the trackerUnloading and washing range golf ballsOpens and closes the practice facilityMaintains rental club inventory and overnight bag storageExecutes Marketing/Promotional plansAttend monthly and weekly staff meetings (including all safety meetings).Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Must be able to read, understand, and communicate effectively in EnglishBasic computer skillsMust demonstrate exceptional guest service and public relations skillsMust be able to perform professionally in a high volume, high profile, demanding environmentPhysical Requirements:Constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, seeing, hearing, talking. Frequent pushing/pulling/lifting in excess of 50 pounds.Work Environment:Work environment is typical of a golf cart on an open golf course. The temperature and weather conditions of the work area are affected by outside conditions.
