Jdm Golf is seeking a Full Time Golf Player Services team member at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club in Phoenix, AZ. You will load bags, clean clubs and carts, and maintain the practice facility while delivering first-class guest service.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload golf bags onto carts.
• Clean guest clubs before and after rounds.
• Detail golf carts, buildings, and cart barn.
• Stage golf carts.
• Retrieve golf balls using the tracker.
• Unload and wash range balls.
• Open and close the practice facility.
• Maintain rental club inventory and overnight bag storage.
• Execute Marketing/Promotional plans.
• Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings, including safety meetings.

Scope and Purpose

This position ensures that a high level of service is offered to all guests and that we exceed the expectations of every guest every time. This position also ensures that the fleet of golf carts is kept clean and in good working order, and that guests clubs are kept clean, in accordance with Company standards.

Essential Functions

• Loading and unloading golf bags onto golf carts.
• Cleaning guests clubs both before and after the round.
• Cleaning and detailing of golf carts, building and cart barn.
• Staging of golf carts.
• Retrieve golf balls using the tracker
• Unloading and washing range golf balls
• Opens and closes the practice facility
• Maintains rental club inventory and overnight bag storage
• Executes Marketing/Promotional plans
• Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings (including all safety meetings).

Physical Requirements

Constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, seeing, hearing, talking. Frequent pushing/pulling/lifting in excess of 50 pounds.

Work Environment

Work environment is typical of a golf cart on an open golf course. The temperature and weather conditions of the work area are affected by outside conditions. Golf bag and golf cart storage areas may be dusty, especially during cleaning.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing High School Diploma or equivalent certificate
• All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance suitable for public golf courses (specific standards available).

Pay

Pay: $12.15 per hour plus tips (minimum $15.15 per hour) for 2026
