We are seeking a talented individual for the role of Player Services Attendant. Under the supervision of the Player Services Manager, the attendant assists guests with Oaklawn Rewards Program transactions in a friendly and professional manner, adhering to all policies and procedures. The role involves serving as an ambassador for Oaklawn, maintaining high standards in guest service, teamwork, courtesy, and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Introduce the Oaklawn Rewards Tiered Card to new players and replace lost cards.
• Accurately manage guest accounts and updates.
• Promote and assist guests with the Oaklawn Rewards App.
• Build relationships to increase rewards sign-ups and email captures.
• Provide courteous and informative initial contact with guests.
• Maintain guest information security and accuracy.
• Inform guests about the rewards program, property, and promotions.
• Review player ratings and troubleshoot issues.
• Handle promotional data and control tickets.
• Greet guests, provide information, and assist with promotional events.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Oaklawn's core values.
• Ensure cleanliness of the assigned area and handle guest complaints professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Guest service experience necessary; casino experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills, with high data accuracy.
