Job summary

Nexon America is seeking a Data Analyst to perform in-depth data mining and analyses focused on understanding players and improving user experience across our games. You will empower teams with actionable data from exploration, experiments, and analyses.

We operate in a hybrid model, coming into the office 2–3 days per week, and collaborate across departments to drive growth and improve gameplay experiences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
• Experience with SQL and data extraction/manipulation.
• Experience creating data visualizations with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Online gaming experience preferred and strong storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data analyses to create business insights; explore data to understand players' behavior and trends.
• Identify analytic metrics; build interactive visuals and present insights to inform decisions.
• Research game usage data; analyze user experience to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into analysis specs and validate requirements.
• Develop innovative projects in Data Cloud, Data Science models, and AI; advance data storytelling skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
