Job summary

TMRW Sports Inc. is seeking an Offensive Coordinator – Flag Football to design, install, and execute a unit-specific system for one franchise.

You will own scheme development, player preparation, and in-game play calling in a broadcast-first environment, reporting through the Director of Coaching to the SVP, Operations – Flag Football. Work closely with Head Coach and league coaching leadership to deliver a high-performance experience, while managing film review, player development plans, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coaching experience at collegiate, professional, or elite national team level in flag or tackle football.
• Demonstrated ability to design and install a scheme and teach it effectively to athletes with varied football backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of flag football rules, including no-run zone, blitz restrictions, and overtime procedures.
• Strong communication and teaching skills to build unit identity in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and install a complete unit-specific system within the flag football rules framework.
• Develop a playbook and weekly installation schedule with assignments, adjustments, and situational protocols.
• Build and execute weekly practice plans emphasizing game-speed reps and skill development.
• Own in-game play calling, pre-snap communication, and in-game adjustments.
