Job summary

TMRW Sports is seeking a Defensive Coordinator for Flag Football to design and implement a unit-specific system, develop a playbook, and lead game-day play calling in a broadcast-first, professional setting.

You will collaborate with the Head Coach and league staff to elevate player preparation, film sessions, and development plans while adhering to league standards on and off the field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coaching experience at collegiate, professional, or elite national team level.
• Ability to design and install a scheme and teach it effectively to athletes with varied backgrounds.
• Strong working knowledge of flag football rules and overtime procedures.
• Strong communication and teaching skills to build unit identity.
• Ability to operate in a broadcast-first environment with mandatory media obligations.
• Experience developing athletes and building development plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and install a unit-specific system within flag football rules.
• Develop a comprehensive playbook and weekly installation schedule.
• Build and execute the weekly practice plan emphasizing game-speed reps and scheme recognition.
• Own the in-game play calling and halftime adjustments.
• Conduct player meetings and film sessions; track progress throughout the season.
• Collaborate with Head Coach and Director of Coaching on planning and development.
