Job summary

TMRW Sports is seeking a Head Coach for Flag Football in Orlando, launching Summer 2027. You will lead a new women’s franchise, shaping competitive identity, player development, and the on-field experience at the highest level.

You’ll work with the Offensive and Defensive Coordinators and report to coaching leadership, building a culture of excellence and innovation in a broadcast-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of head coaching or senior coordinating experience at a professional/national team level in flag football or tackle football.
• Demonstrated success building and leading competitive teams, including scheme installation and in-game decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multiple coordinators and represent the franchise publicly.

Responsibilities

• Own the franchise's competitive identity, including scheme philosophy and game-day approach.
• Direct all aspects of game preparation, including weekly game-planning and practice structure.
• Make final in-game decisions and roster deployments during live competition.
• Collaborate with Offensive/Defensive Coordinators on weekly scheme installation and in-game adjustments.
• Lead pre-game prep, game-day sideline management, and post-game reviews.
