Caravel Autism Health, LLC invites you to join our team to support young children with autism in a 1-on-1 setting. You will help build communication, independence, play, and social connections in kids under 6 years old.
We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds and will teach you the essential skills. No prior ABA experience is required, and you’ll have opportunities for growth and a pathway to BCBA with our scholarship program.
Play. Teach. Believe.
We’re looking for a certain kind of person. They kneel down to a child's eye level. They bring the same patience to the tenth try as the first. They celebrate a tiny win like it's the biggest thing that happened all week…because for a young child with autism, it might be.
We call them Believers. They are teammates who believe in progress of our kiddo’s and in each other. And we don't need you to have experience to be one!
We’ll teach you the skills; you bring the heart.
No ABA experience? No problem. Many of our teammates have worked as nannies, babysitters, childcare or daycare providers, paraprofessionals, educators, teachers, CNAs, caregivers, home health aides, social workers, CPS worker, or behavioral health technicians. If you enjoy helping children learn and grow, we’ll teach you the rest.
You’ll work and play 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have a diagnosis of autism, helping them build skills like communication, independence, play, and social connection.
Supercharge your career by staying with us to become a BCBA. Our Scholarship provides up to $10,000 in financial support to help you.
Here, you’re not just showing up for a job. You’re helping create real, lasting progress for children with autism and their families.
Bring your heart. Bring your ideas. Grow your skills, challenge what’s possible, and make an impact you can actually see.
You believe in them. We believe in you.
