Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking caring individuals to work with young children diagnosed with autism. You’ll engage in play-based ABA activities, help them communicate and socially connect, and document progress in a supportive classroom-like setting.
No prior ABA experience is required; we’ll teach you the skills. The role emphasizes heart, reliability, and the ability to follow coaching, with opportunities to pursue RBT certification and a path toward growth.
Play. Teach. Believe.
We’re looking for a certain kind of person. They kneel down to a child's eye level. They bring the same patience to the tenth try as the first. They celebrate a tiny win like it's the biggest thing that happened all week…because for a young child with autism, it might be.
We call them Believers. They are teammates who believe in progress of our kiddo’s and in each other. And we don't need you to have experience to be one!
We’ll teach you the skills; you bring the heart.
No ABA experience? No problem. Many of our teammates have worked as nannies, babysitters, childcare or daycare providers, paraprofessionals, educators, teachers, CNAs, caregivers, home health aides, social workers, CPS worker, or behavioral health technicians. If you enjoy helping children learn and grow, we’ll teach you the rest.
You’ll work and play 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have a diagnosis of autism, helping them build skills like communication, independence, play, and social connection.
Supercharge your career by staying with us to become a BCBA. Our Scholarship provides up to $10,000 in financial support to help you.
Here, you’re not just showing up for a job. You’re helping create real, lasting progress for children with autism and their families.
Bring your heart. Bring your ideas. Grow your skills, challenge what’s possible, and make an impact you can actually see.
You believe in them. We believe in you.
