Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated teammate to work one-on-one with young children on the autism spectrum. No ABA experience is required; we’ll teach you the skills while you bring the heart and patience.
You’ll work and play 1-on-1 with children under 6 to help them communicate, play, and connect. The role emphasizes compassionate coaching, learning, and growth in a supportive environment.
Play. Teach. Believe.
We’re looking for a certain kind of person. They kneel down to a child's eye level. They bring the same patience to the tenth try as the first. They celebrate a tiny win like it's the biggest thing that happened all week…because for a young child with autism, it might be.
We call them Believers. They are teammates who believe in progress of our kiddo’s and in each other. And we don't need you to have experience to be one!
We’ll teach you the skills; you bring the heart.
No ABA experience? No problem. Many of our teammates have worked as nannies, babysitters, childcare or daycare providers, paraprofessionals, educators, teachers, CNAs, caregivers, home health aides, social workers, CPS worker, or behavioral health technicians. If you enjoy helping children learn and grow, we’ll teach you the rest.
You’ll work and play 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have a diagnosis of autism, helping them build skills like communication, independence, play, and social connection.
Supercharge your career by staying with us to become a BCBA. Our Scholarship provides up to $10,000 in financial support to help you.
Here, you’re not just showing up for a job. You’re helping create real, lasting progress for children with autism and their families.
Bring your heart. Bring your ideas. Grow your skills, challenge what’s possible, and make an impact you can actually see.
You believe in them. We believe in you.
