Job summary

A premier ABA provider in Philadelphia is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join their team. This part-time, contract position requires a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and an active Pennsylvania OT license. Ideal candidates will work with toddlers and young children, providing play-based OT services effectively in natural settings. Competitive hourly rates and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with young children (ages 0–8); Autism experience preferred.
• Training or background in early intervention and/or sensory integration.
• Strong understanding of developmental delays and pediatric milestones.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, play-based OT services in the child’s natural environment.
• Conduct standardized OT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and teachers.
