Elevated Kids is seeking a creative, child-centered Occupational Therapist to join our Pennsylvania team and launch a new OT service line. You will work in homes, preschools, and community settings with toddlers and young children diagnosed with autism and developmental delays, applying sensory-based, playful approaches.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA and ABA teams, parent coaching, and ongoing progress documentation to support functional skills and independence in daily routines.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania OT License.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children (0–8) including autism.
• Background in early intervention and sensory integration.
• Knowledge of developmental milestones relevant to pediatrics.
• Compassionate, play-based approach to development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and family coaching skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality OT services in the child’s natural environments (home, preschool, community).
• Conduct standardized OT assessments (PDMS-2, BOT-2, Sensory Profile, DAYC-2, HELP).
• Develop individualized treatment plans addressing sensory processing and self-help skills.
• Implement evidence-based OT interventions rooted in child-led development.
• Provide ongoing parent coaching to support daily routines.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
• Document progress and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
• Uphold AOTA standards and participate in care meetings.
• Support goals for communication, social engagement, and sensory regulation.
• Coordinate sessions with the ABA/NDBI team as clinically beneficial.
• Communicate clearly with families to ensure cohesive intervention.
