Family YMCA of Greater Augusta is seeking a Play & Learn Lead Superstar for a part-time, hourly position. You will run the Play & Learn area with energy, keeping children safe and engaged while delivering fun activities.

You will build strong relationships with families, document daily notes, and help with events like Parent's Night Out, working with a friendly team to maintain a joyful, organized program.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in a supervision role or classroom setting.
• Proven leadership, positivity and patience in a busy environment.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example in a busy Play & Learn area.
• Keep kids engaged, safe, and having fun indoors.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities (crafts, games, creative chaos).
• Build strong relationships with parents, kids, and teammates.
• Keep operations running smoothly, clean, and by-the-book.
• Assist with events like Parent's Night Out and birthday celebrations.
• Write daily reports and communicate important information.
