Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is currently filling positions in our Play & Learn program at the Jordan YMCA. Play & Learn staff assist in implementing programming and interact positively with parents, children, and other staff to build trusting relationships.

This role helps foster social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth and demonstrates the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants. Applicants must be at least 16 years old to apply.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; positions open to ages 16+.
• Assist in implementing Play & Learn activities and interact with families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing Play & Learn programming and activities.
• Interact positively with parents, children and other staff to build trusting relationships.
• Support daily programming and supervise participants as needed.
