Job summary

Publicaddressannouncer in Topeka, KS, is seeking experienced play-by-play personnel for high school sports broadcasts. You will provide engaging commentary for in-person or online streams and may assist with basic setup as needed.

The role is part-time, in-person, with pay per game and possible hourly rates for additional duties. Training will be provided, and on-site sessions are scheduled around Friday football events.

Qualifications

• Experience in video broadcast or streaming preferred.
• Ability to provide clear play-by-play commentary.
• Wamiliar with basic broadcast setup and live production.

Responsibilities

• Provide play-by-play commentary for high school games.
• Setup broadcast equipment when required and follow instructions.

Job description

Will need experienced play-by-play personnel for high school sports online video broadcasts.

Preferrably able to set up broadcast equipment with windows laptop, streaming software, video camera and audio. But if just announcing experience, can work with that.

No equipment needed, will be provided. Though if have a good laptop, will pay a little more.

Equipment and instructions will be provided, as well as a job shadowing or quick training session.

Usually Friday nights during football season, 6-10p at a Topeka area high school

Higher pay when comes into playoffs, as well as other days during the week due to state tournament schedules

Compensation
Pay: $60-$80/game
