Job summary
A small, BCBA-owned ABA practice in Lansing, MI is seeking playful and patient individuals to provide 1:1 support to neurodivergent children using play-based techniques. This role offers part-time or full-time positions with flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $20-$23 per hour. Successful candidates should possess reliable transportation, complete 40-hour RBT training, and have experience working with children. The practice values building genuine relationships and provides supportive supervision towards certification.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time.
Completed 40-hour RBT training or willingness to complete.
Previous experience working with children.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques.
Work in homes and community settings.
Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team.
Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors.
Build genuine relationships with kids and families.
