Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and deliver life-changing care to children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will provide 1:1 and group ABA services, implement strategies developed with a BCBA, and document progress for families and treatment goals.

We offer a comprehensive orientation, BCAT exam review, and ongoing professional development. Applicants should be open to travel within a 30–40 minute radius and have a High School diploma or higher; BCAT

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
