Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services for children with autism. You will implement BCBA-developed strategies, track progress with clinical data, and collaborate closely with families and supervisors.

Travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius is required; HS or higher degrees preferred, with experience in autism welcomed. Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth to BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, including autism is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; HS or equivalent accepted.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius with reliable transport.
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols and mandatory reporting.
