Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. Join a team that values growth, collaboration, and compassionate, evidence-based ABA.

You’ll receive a fixed hourly rate with flexible schedules, including full-time and part-time options, paid training, travel reimbursement in select areas, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA roles while collaborating with BCBA and therapy teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, including autism is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days with company support.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete Cortica’s orientation and BCAT training.
• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
