Job summary

Cortica, Worcester, MA, is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and help design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We offer pay from $22.80 to $30.59 per hour, based on experience, with part-time options and a predictable schedule.

Training is fully paid with a 4-week in-person orientation, plus ongoing professional development and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• High School or higher; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to track goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols and mandated reporting.
