Cortica - Neurodevelopmental in Trumbull, CT seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences, under BCBA supervision.

The role offers paid training, flexible 2–5 day per week schedules, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement toward BCBA, with collaboration across therapists and specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (autism experience is a plus).
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree is acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (30–40 minute radius).
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA oversight.
• Document session data to support treatment goals.
