Cortica seeks a Behavior Technician (Naturalistic, Play-Based ABA) to provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services for children with autism. You will implement evidence-based strategies and document progress under BCBA supervision, while collaborating with families to build supportive environments.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, autism a plus.
• Able to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and MS Office tools.
• High school diploma or higher required; degrees encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA oversight.
• Use evidence-based practices to promote progress for families.
• Document session data to support treatment goals.
