Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate plating equipment and production systems to apply protective and decorative coatings.
• Prepare parts for plating by cleaning, rinsing, inspecting, and loading onto racks or conveyors.
• Monitor plating tanks, chemical levels, temperatures, and cycles to ensure quality coatings.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to verify plating thickness and finish.
• Set up tooling, adjust equipment, and maintain production records; collaborate with teams to meet goals.
