Job summary

The Kinetic Group is hiring a Cup & Anvil Technician for the Primer area in Lonoke, AR. This full-time role operates on a 10-hour dayshift, Mon-Thurs, 4:30am-3:00pm, with overtime as needed.

You will perform maintenance, handle changeovers, and assist with process improvements while ensuring safety and adherence to ISO standards. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant manufacturing experience, plus basic PC skills and the ability to read and follow

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow process instructions and safety rules.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable experience with similar manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production machinery and support equipment.
• Perform timely changeovers on production machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance on malfunctioning equipment.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE; participate in safety and ISO goals.
• Assist in training Operators and Technicians to ensure best practices.
