Job summary

Westaff is hiring a Plating Technician in Lincoln, NH to operate metal finishing equipment for cleaning, coating, plating, heat treating, and processing metal parts.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th with varied schedules. Responsibilities encompass loading/unloading, monitoring tanks, logging production data, inspecting quality, and maintaining a safe work area. A 1,000 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days based on attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Basic understanding of chemistry and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials.

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days (based on attendance and performance)

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM
• 4th Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
