Job summary

Omni Inclusive is seeking a Web Architect to drive the design of scalable web architectures, middleware and DevOps automation for our digital platforms. You will bridge core application developers and infrastructure teams, focusing on resilient frameworks, distributed messaging, and data routing.

Responsibilities include API strategy, state and cache optimization, and building CI/CD pipelines for blue‑green deployments.

Qualifications

Proven design of modular web application architectures using microservices.
Expertise in DevOps automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native patterns.
Strong experience with API gateways, ESBs, and data routing.
Hands-on with distributed caches and database pooling.
Mastery of Docker, Kubernetes, and service mesh concepts.

Responsibilities

Design modular, scalable web application structures using microservices, event‑driven architectures, and domain‑driven design principles.
Architect and manage enterprise middleware, including message brokers, API gateways, ESBs, and data distribution fabrics.
Build local development environments (e.g., containerized dev stacks) and automated testing gates to accelerate daily engineering workflows.
Establish high‑performance API architectures, cross‑service communication protocols, and versioning standards across platforms.
Design distributed caching strategies, session management flows, and database connection pooling to minimize latency.
Collaboratively build automated CI/CD pipelines that handle complex builds and deployments.
